Kathy Carpenter
Kathy Carpenter lives in San Diego.
She's been a national member of Romance Writers of America for 20 years,
18 national conferences. A freelance writer, she has written theater and book
reviews. Her short story "Never too Late” was published in the premier
issue of Arabella Magazine in January 2004.
She is a reader for www.readingwriters.com. She worked as a publicist, she loves to read, to go
to the movies, theater and Padre games. She is single with three sisters, two
brothers and seven nieces. A large close family. Her credo: "Keep the
faith."

Judith Bemis
Judith Bemis lives in
Minneapolis with her husband Al. She is devoted to her family and enjoys the
role of grandmother. In addition to writing, she is a pianist, an avid reader,
and is interested in the study of languages. She is a member of the Loft
Literary Center.
Committed to improving the lives of people
with anxiety disorders, she founded Open Door Outreach, Inc. in 1986. She has
been called on to talk to various groups in the Twin Cities on the subject of
anxiety management, and was a speaker at the Women's Health & Wellness
Expo. She has written articles for local newspapers about the Open Door program.
Judith holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education
from the University of Minnesota and did graduate work at Michigan State
University. She taught school for thirty-five years and although she is now
retired, she continues to work with children in musical theater productions in
the St. Louis Park summer school program.
Tim Bellows
Tim Bellows is a Writing Teacher and Poet who
is devoted to wilderness and contemplative travels. A graduate of the Iowa
Writers' Workshop, Tim has published work in over 140 literary journals and
in A Racing Up the Sky (Eclectic Press). He has earned two nominations
for the Annual Pushcart Prize.
He is currently teaching writing at Sierra
College in Northern California, holds a graduate degree from the Iowa writing
program and continues to string words together and publish around the country.
His poems appear in the Desert Wood anthology (University of Nevada Press), two
issues of Midwest Quarterly, three issues of Modern Haiku, and over thirty
other periodicals such as Interim, Embers, Wisconsin Review, Damaged Wine, The
Small Pond Magazine, Portlandia Review, South Coast Poetry Journal, Phoebe, CQ,
and Potomac Review.
The mystical poet Rumi (thirteenth century)
fascinates him - along with Spanish and Chinese poets. With his wife Marian he
lives near the American River, working on love, hiking, cycling—and Dreams of
Long Grasses (poems) and Toolroom for Dreamers (collected essays on the
writer's creative process).

Linda Anderson
Linda Anderson, an
inspirational speaker and author, has won national awards for her plays and
short stories. She's traveled throughout the world and done hundreds of media
interviews. Linda is a former business trainer and consultant, publicist, and
teacher. She now teaches writing classes at The Loft Literary Center.
Her articles and fiction have been featured in regional and national
publications. In addition to her work as editor for the Angel Animals books
and newsletters, she is working on a screenplay, a novel, and a
documentary/book project. Her previous book is 35 Golden Keys to Who You Are

Allen Anderson
Allen Anderson is a
software training specialist who travels around the country helping city,
county, and learn to use specialized software
programs. He was featured in the book, The Courage to Give by
Jackie Waldman. Allen has a degree in journalism and has worked as an
on-air personality DJ and reporter. His articles have been featured in regional
and national publications. In addition to his work with the Angel
Animals Network, he is working on a screenplay and historical novel.
Allen also facilitates writing workshops at The Loft Literary Center.
